In July 2019, Doug and KathyDan Moore took a leap of faith and purchased a building with a storied past—previously home to Leroy McCloud, a beloved local dentist for 46 years. With a vision for revitalization, they enlisted the expertise of SDF Contracting to transform the 3,200-square-foot space from a one-window relic into a thriving hub of innovation and collaboration.

The renovation project breathed new life into the building, creating 10 beautifully designed office suites, 

2 state-of-the-art conference rooms, a welcoming reception area, and a cozy kitchen for our tenants. 

As pioneers in the Grand Central District’s renaissance, they are thrilled to be part of this exciting community evolution.

Gracen’s name pays homage to its roots—combining the essence of GRAnd and CENtral. At Gracen, you’ll find a diverse group of professionals contributing to an eclectic, family-friendly atmosphere. KathyDan’s own practice, KDM Counseling, is proudly located here, alongside specialists in marriage and family therapy, real estate title work, legal services, nutrition, and massage therapy.
